Who we are

Spiral Kinetics® is a movement system operated by EvolvePro LLC. This website describes the work, and it gives you two ways to raise your hand: the contact form and the interest forms around the site. This policy describes what happens to the information you send through them.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, you may choose to share:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The interests or areas you select on the form
• Your message
• Basic context about the submission itself — which page and site it came from, and standard submission-security metadata such as a timestamp. This helps us tell a real message from automated spam.

You decide what to include. Name and a valid email are the only fields we need in order to reply.

How we use it

• To read your message and respond to you
• To operate, maintain, and improve the website
• To keep records of inquiries and our replies
• To protect the site and our forms against abuse and spam
• To send you updates about Spiral Kinetics® only when you have asked for them or otherwise authorized it — never automatically

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers.

Service providers

Like any modern website, this one runs on infrastructure operated by others: hosting, database, security, and message-delivery providers that are necessary to receive your submission, store it, and alert us that it arrived. These providers process information only as needed to deliver those services.

When you submit a form, we receive the basic technical context described above — such as the page of origin and a submission timestamp — for security and delivery purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for a reasonable period so we can respond to you and maintain a record of the conversation, and we delete them when they are no longer needed for those purposes.

Your choices

Children
